My inspiration for this business comes from my love for good food. For me, a meal can make or break a memorable event, and I take that into consideration 100 percent. Think about it: when you have a wedding or any event, the first question is often, "How was the food?" If it's great, you remember it, and if it's horrible, you remember that too.

Growing up, I attended BBQs and watched Sylvester (aka "Brother") cooking. I thought to myself, "I want to learn how to cook and do this myself." The idea for this business came from feedback from different people telling me that I should make plates to sell and also sell my BBQ sauce. After a lot of consideration, I decided to give it a try, and here we are today. I'm self-taught, but I love cooking and have a passion for food. BBQ is the one thing I enjoy creating, and I will work hard to make sure it's delicious and memorable.
